I am an IACP Accredited Psychotherapist and completed my degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy in MTU in October 2014. My degree was in Integrative Psychotherapy. My approach incorporates many models including Person Centred Theory, Mindfulness Based Approach, Gestalt, Johnson's Personality Theory, Family Systems, Psychoanalysis, IFS, Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis and CBT.
I specialise in pregnancy and infant loss, and fertility issues.
However, I also work with clients that have a wide range of issues varying from Complex Trauma, Grief and Loss, Depression, Anxiety, Family Dynamics, Stress, Addiction, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, Eating Disorders, amongst others.
